Information:

• Oceanography is the general name given to the scientific study of the oceans, with an emphasis on their character as an environment. It is divided in terms of the basic sciences into physical oceanography, biological oceanography, chemical oceanography and geological oceanography. The basic goal of oceanographic study is to obtain a clear and systematic description of the oceans, sufficiently quantitative to permit us to predict their behavior in the future with some certainty.
• The history tells us that the first group have started to study the oceanography is the ancient egyptiants all over the world.
